  • Notes 
    • She married William Carson Scott in Brucyrus, Crawford Co, Ohio and had a family  with him. Frances and his brother were raised by Aunts and their grandparents.  Why we don't know. She never mentioned or had any contact with Frances's family. He changed his name to Frank.  Records were burned so his birth certificate was lost.
